Shep
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/CO-FOUNDER
Shep grew up in Hanover VA, graduated from Radford University, then moved out to California where he started his career in outdoor and accessible recreation. After California, he moved back to Richmond and hopped around to a few jobs until going full-time with BB. When not working, he spends all his time with my family, (wife Kelly, 3-year-old son River, black lab Nyla, cat Finn, and Frenchie Coco.) Whether it's fishing, SUPing, or swimming in the pool, the family loves to play together!
